Usigaranye iki? Umunsi Mpuzamahanga Wa Kanseri, wabaye kuwa Kane, Gashyantare

Ni umunsi wunganira ibikorwa byo kurwanya izo mbogamizi cyane cyane kurwanya kanseri imwe mundwara z' itandura kandi zihangayikishije abatuye isi bose.

  • Kanseri iri kumwanya wa kabiri mundwara zica benshi kw' isi, kandi yahitanye abasaga million icumi (9.6 million) mu mwaka wa 2018. Kurwego rw' isi, imfu 1 muri 6 ziterwa na Kanseri (WHO, 2018).
  • 70% by' impfu ziterwa na Kanseri zibasira abatuye mubihugu biri mumurongo w' iterambere (WHO, 2018).
  • 1/3 cy' imfu ziterwa na Kanseri zifite imvano eshanu zihuriyeho arizo: umubyibuho ukabije, kutarya imbuto n' imboga bihagije, imyitozo ngororamubiri mikeya, kunywa itabi, n' inzoga (WHO, 2018).
Kanseri n' iki?

Kanseri n' indwara ikomeye cyane ishobora kwibasira ibice byinshi bitandukanye by' umubiri. Iyo ivuwe hakirikare (ifatiranywe) akenshi irakira, ariko iyo ititaweho igihe kinini, ishobora gutera urupfu. Abantu benshi barwara kanseri bicwa nayo, cyane cyane iyo bafite ubushobozi bucye bwo kubona ubuvuzi.

Ibinyabuzima byose, nk' umubiri w' umuntu, bigizwe n' uturemangingo dutoya cyane utashorora kubona udakoresheje mikorosikopi. Rimwe na rimwe utwo turemangingo turahinduka kandi tugakura muburyo budasanzwe, bigatuma hakuriramo ibibyimba. Kanseri itangira iyo uturemangingo tumwe dutangiye gukura murubyo budasanzwe umubiri utabasha kubigenga kandi bigakwira mubice by' umubiri. Iyo kanseri igaragaye kare, ishobora kubagwa cyangwa ikavurwa hakoreshejwe imiti itandukanye cyangwa uburyo bwo gushiririza, bikaba byatuma amahirwe yo gukira yiyongera. Iyo kanseri isakaye, kuyivura biragorana kandi bikaba bitagishobotse.

Kanseri y' inkondo y' umura, ibere na nyababyeyi nizo ziganje muri kanseri zibasira abagore. Ubundi bwoko bwa kanseri abagabo n' abagore barwara harimo kanseri y' ibihaha, urura runini, umwijima, igifu, akanwa n' uruhu nk' uko byavuzwe haruguru.

Kanseri iri mundwara zihitana benshi kw' isi, tugendeye kubigereranyo yahitanye abaturage milliyoni 9.6 mumwaka wa 2018 (WHO, 2018).

  • Ibihaha (miliyoni 2.09)
  • Ibere (miliyoni 2.09)
  • Urura rurerure (miliyoni 1.80)
  • Agasabo k' amasohoro (miliyoni 1.28)
  • Uruhu (miliyoni 1.04)
  • Igifu (miliyoni 1.03)
